Jiangning University Town
The Science & Innovation Park is located in Jiangning District of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It forms the center of Jiangning University Town just north-east of Fangshan Mountain. Hongjing Avenue in the South and Yue Hua Road in the North define the project area, and the Jiangning Sport Center is in the neighboring site at the southern end. The Science & Innovation Park is a mixed- use high tech research park that offers facilities for biotechnology and ICT (Information Communication Technology) enterprises but also provides service functions for business as well as residents. The site covers a land area of 1,374,540 m2, with a total floor area of 1,195,000 m2. The main functions allocated in the new development area are the R&D offices and laboratories, incubator, innovation and headquarters offices, ICT and business offices, public facilities, conference center and hotel, commercial, F&B and recreation facilities, facilities, dormitories, soho and the new Jiangning University City Administration Center.

Located in a natural environment, the Innovation Park District com¬prises incubator facilities and headquarters offices, to boost innovation and creativity. It is divided into four functional zones, which are: the Ad¬ministration Center, the Headquarters Area, the Incubator Area and a Bird Sanctuary. In the heart of the Incubator area a clubhouse and shared facilities along the lake provide a charming center of the Inno¬vation Park District. Each building has an admirable view to the park. The private entrance plaza and the location almost in the park give the Headquarter Area a unique position and character in the Innovation Park District.

The campuses of the surrounding universities provide a great potential if the project is well integrated and connected. Students are the future human capital of the high tech industry sector, and universities are the breeding ground of new ideas and businesses.
