services urban planning

Given China’s extensive urbanization trends, with one billion of the Chinese population expected to live in urban centers by 2025 , all cities from the current 4th to 1st tier cities cannot not be prepared for an increase in population. The high-density forecast for cities represents a real challenge to urban master planning where land use, FAR and infrastructure must be maximized and yet pollution and traffic congestion drastically curbed. Our logon team understands such challenging demands of cities in transformation. In fact, in our Xi’an High Technology Development Center masterplan, our design fully incorporated future needs of the park using data provided by the logon lab regarding commercial zones, public transportation and the growing high-tech sector – always respecting regional planning codes.

Other than understanding the language of what needs to be built weighed against national zoning codes, legislation and policy making, we at logon have international vision for intelligent urbanism, which can truly make emerging global cities’ infrastructure efficient, our environment sustainable and our heritage protected.
