Public facilities are unique in that they must be highly adaptable to welcome a varied cross-section of the population, highly flexible to accommodate multiple usages, highly planned for safety, current needs and future expansion and uniquely identifiable within the city. Such are just a few of the considerations taken into account in our design of the exhibition center and library of Zibo’s Cultural Center.

From a functional level, the best design of public facilities studies the acoustics, adjustable lighting, convertible spaces and integrated audio-visual technology best suitable to the exhibition hall, library, convention center design. Beyond top performing functions, we also recognize the growing need for inclusive universal design principles to facilitate the access of disabled and senior segments of the population, knowing that simple and intuitive usability benefits all. Finally, our logon public facility design services can be complemented with branding consulting where we look into raising awareness of the public infrastructure within its urban context. Ultimately, the tailored signage, site maps, logo and even marketing material situates the facilities on the new map and draws event planners, tenants, visitors and journalists.

Our public facilities design:
• places a premium on floor plan flexibility
• accommodates a broad range of users through universal design and heightened safety processes
• uses latest lighting, acoustics and audio-visual technology
