ta ta compact+ apartments
Located in south lake district of Jiaxing city, near Shanghai, the ta ta project provides small, affordable compact+ apartments with a modern, contemporary design for young and ambitious singles and couples.

5 former office buildings were transformed into apartment buildings with a special user concept: the compact+ apartments. These apartments are small but efficient single apartment units with a comfortable and flexible layout and a “+” on community areas. High living standards on a small budget provide an affordable apartment and independency for young people, additionally the first investment provides ideal conditions for future gains in value. This is guaranteed due to the sustainable design and high quality equipment. Two buildings host spacious community functions on the ground floor, both connected with open spaces for outdoor activities. This addition of user space does add more usable space to the apartments, providing the owners of a 30m² apartments with a 330 m² usable space.

These existing buildings were turned into modern, high quality apartments, benefiting from the high ceilings, flexible layout and modern structure of the new structures. Not only the users benefit from the transformation of the dull, grey and rather ugly office buildings into new, modern and green apartment buildings, but also the surrounding area strongly benefits from the upgrade of the project.

In total, ta ta offers 489 apartments in 5 buildings in various layouts and sizes from 28 to 80 m² per unit, customized as compact+ apartments for a lifestyle of health and sustainability. The high quality of the project and space layout further more provide an interesting and safe investment option, making ta ta apartments the first choice for members of the young and rising LOHAS* community.
