logon wins Perspective Award 2011 in Hong Kong for Shanghai Museum of Glass
The Perspective 2011 Awards ceremony took place on November 10th in Hong Kong. More than 350 experts across design industries from the architecture, interiors and product design attended the event. logon was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for Shanghai Museum of Glass. The award was organized by Hong Kong Perspective Magazine. Perspective Award follows the principle of giving awards to the most excellent design works across the Asia from the perspective of media.

logon wins China’s Most Successful Design Awards 2011 Platinum Award for Shanghai Museum of Glass
China’s Most Successful Design Awards 2011 ceremony took place on Nov. 4th in Shaks, Shanghai. logon took home the second most highest award distinction, the Platinum Award for the project Shanghai Museum of Glass. logon managing director Ms. Wangfang and the project architect Mario Barkely received the award on behalf of the firm.

logon wins the MIPIM Asia Silver Award 2011 in the Best Urban Regeneration
The MIPIM Asia 2011 Awards ceremony took place on November 16th at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The gala evening event showcased the best projects across Asia with over 80 entries from across the region. logon project Shanghai Museum of Glass was awarded MIPIM Asia 2011 Best Urban Regeneration Project Silver Award. This is the second consecutive year logon has won a MIPIM Asia award where the firm was awarded the Special Jury Award for 800SHOW Creative Park in 2010.

The new Shanghai Museum of Glass opens
Shanghai, China, May 25th 2011 – logon architects revealed their latest China project, the Shanghai Glass Museum (SHMOG) to over 500 guests and government officials on May 18th to celebrate the its’ official grand opening. Special guests included the Deputy Consul General from the Consulate of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Stefan Moebs. Through the SHMOG multifunctional design and landmark glass facade, this first phase of the G+ Glass Theme Park aims to kick-start the site and contribute to the district’s shift towards Tertiary industries.
