logon receives two nominations at the MIPIM Asia 2010 Awards in Hong Kong

Hong Kong, China, October 14th 2010 – The final 24 nominees with a total of 17 projects were announced after an international jury examined 79 projects from 10 counties earlier this month in Hong Kong. The logon adaptive reuse project 800SHOW Creative Park location in Shanghai was nominated for both the Best Chinese Project and the Mixed-Use Building category.

“…with only three nominees for each of the eight award categories, we are delighted that the jury chose 800SHOW Creative Park for two of them”, Wang Fang, Managing Director and Partner of logon commented. “Nominations in these two different award categories are further evidence that our in-house R&D Department (logon lab) has the right direction. Our clients are looking for solutions that match both with the local culture and context whist having clearly defined project positioning and business concepts behind the design” she said.

MIPIM Asia will take place over November 10 – 12 later this year at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This is the fifth edition of MIPIM Asia 2010 , one of the largest gatherings of Real Estate professionals in Asia.
