logon win MIPIM Asia 2010 Special Jury Award for 800SHOW Creative Park

Hong Kong, China, November 15th 2010 – The MIPIM Asia 2010 Awards ceremony took place on November 11th at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong this week. The gala evening event gathered together 24 nominees from 17 projects in ten countries showcasing the best projects across Asia. German-based urban architecture design firm logon won the heart of the expert jury panel where they decided that the logon Shanghai project 800SHOW Creative Park to be the winner of the Special Jury Award – chosen from almost 80 exemplary Asian projects from 10 countries.

In the Special Jury Award acceptance speech, Mr. Frank Krueger, Creative Director & Partner of logon expressed his appreciation to MIPIM Asia and to the expert judging panel for their decision and revealed the concept behind the design. “… We are glad to be among so many interesting projects from across Asia and China. In this project, we wanted not only to highlight the history and character of these 15 buildings that had been dormant and deemed useless for many years; but also to creative a new life and use for them so that people today and tomorrow can find value in them for years to come”.

This is the fifth edition of MIPIM Asia 2010 , one of the largest gatherings of real estate professionals bringing together consultants, architects, investors and property developer professional together in Asia.
