Located in Changchun, China’s northeastern Jilin Province, “Changchun1948”, formerly Changchun diesel engine plant factory built in 1948 spans a total area of 68,000sq.m. The site will be transformed to become a high-end mixed-use commercial area.

The site is halfway between the airport and the downtown area of Changchun, the new “Changchun1948” site will marry dining, entertainment, office and residential with its own kindergarten designed for its residents. Commercial potential is maximized thanks to intentional positioning of each function. The iconic entrance enhances the site, giving its users a complete overview of the old and new architecture styles.
