logon co-founders and managing partners are architects Wang Fang (Tongji University, Shanghai & Technische Universität, Berlin) who serves as Managing Director, and Frank Krueger (Technische Universität, Berlin) acting as Creative Director.

Frank Krueger and Wang Fang, have known one another for almost a decade. With their solid multinational architecture experience, Frank, a German national and Wang Fang, a Chinese national, consolidated their complementary skill set by together founding logon in 2001.

Before co-founding logon, Wang Fang was technical consultant at governmental body GTZ, namely focusing on China-Germany partnerships and “sustainable conservation” for which Yangzhou, the pilot city of the research received the prize for human habitat from UN-Habitat. As well as being an MBA candidate, Wang Fang currently leads business development at logon as well as overseeing marketing, administration and sales.

Before co-founding logon, Frank had always been heavily focused on renovation projects in Germany as well as partnerships with China. Empirical knowledge of urban building code in Germany and locally across China's diverse urban landscape enables him to efficiently deploy international standards suited to local conditions. Currently, he masterminds the work of all logon design teams, challenging them to constantly be more strategic, more creative, more resourceful, more forward focused.

Leveraging their combined experience with the skills of the logon creative team, Wang Fang and Frank understand their clients’ needs perfectly, interpret them into new design solutions and present an end-result, which is realistic, profitable, culturally adapted and well thought-through.
